Where can I actually watch the dramas you list?
Most Korean dramas land on Viki, Netflix or Viu. Chinese dramas typically stream on iQIYI, WeTV or Youku. Japanese titles are usually on Netflix, U-NEXT or the original broadcaster's on-demand service. Thai BLs frequently premiere free on the YouTube channels of GMMTV or WeTV Thailand. We list the most likely platform on every title page, but availability varies by country, so please confirm in your region before subscribing.
How fresh is the catalog data?
The catalog is rebuilt periodically from MyDramaList's public listings using our seed script. That gives us titles, native names, cast, episode counts, ratings and tags. Streaming availability is matched heuristically against the original network and language. We refresh the working set of titles every few weeks so newly premiered shows surface quickly.
Do you stream or host any video?
No. DramaStream Guide is a discovery and reference site. We don't host or stream any video content — we link out to the licensed platforms that do. If you've found a streaming pointer that takes you somewhere else, please report it via our contact page.
Why don't I see my favourite show here?
We index a curated working set of around 500 titles per refresh, sampled across countries, genres and decades. Smaller releases sometimes miss the cut, and titles can sit under a different romanization than the one you tried. Use the search box — chances are it's there under a different spelling. Otherwise, send us the suggestion.
Why are some episode counts blank?
For movies and feature-length specials, episode count is intentionally blank. For ongoing series we display whatever was in the source listing at the time of the last data refresh; mid-season titles can show a placeholder until the run ends.
Are the ratings yours or someone else's?
Ratings shown are community ratings sourced from MyDramaList. We don't maintain our own ratings system. The score is on a 0–10 scale, with anything above 8.0 generally considered very strong by the MDL community.
Why are there ads on the site?
Hosting, image bandwidth and the occasional API call all cost money. A small number of contextual display ads keeps the site free. We don't run pop-ups, autoplay video ads or interstitials, and we never paywall content.
Do you have an app?
Not yet. The site is designed to work well on phones, tablets and desktops without an app install — just bookmark it like any other site.
Can I link to a title page?
Please do! Every title has a permanent URL of the form /title/ followed by the slug. Permanent URLs don't change between data refreshes, so they're safe to link, share and embed.
How do I report an error?
Send the URL of the page and the specific change you want to see, to corrections@dramastream.guide. We bundle reports into the next data refresh.
